New railroad crossing at Brownsville to link US, Mexico

1	Ceremonies are planned Tuesday in Brownsville to mark the first new international rail crossing between the U.S. and Mexico since 1910.
2	U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker is scheduled to help celebrate the West Rail Bypass International Bridge.
3	The crossing will connect Brownsville and Matamoros, Mexico.
4	Mexican officials will also join the ceremonies to mark efforts for increased economic growth between the two countries.
5	Ground was broken in late 2010 for the West Rail project.
